Arm Chair
FORNiN, a young Taiwanese brand established in Cambodia, primarily focused on interior design and importing foreign goods to establish a foothold in the local market.
By a stroke of luck, they were awarded a contract for a large-scale new project at a local boutique hotel. While most system furniture products could be sourced locally, the armchairs presented a significant challenge.
To stand out among many competitors, Stephen approached us with his original design. In order to help him win the bid, we needed to meet all product specifications and ensure the delivery deadline was met.
Although the process was challenging, it was also quite engaging.

Beyond ensuring quality, we also had to consider cost factors. Following our suggestions, we made slight adjustments to the chair’s structure to meet the target price.
Since these adjustments only had a minimal impact on the final appearance, the client ultimately approved the changes. In the end, we successfully met all the requirements and completed the project without any major issues.
